One of the nice aspects of this refrigerator is that its ice maker is in the freezer, making it easy to move frozen ice to the fridge to be used when it is needed. The freezer also comes with innovative design features such as sliding drawers that help you sort your things. It also has a large bin that can accommodate plenty of frozen food items and an additional container for storing ice.
Smart InstaView panel is another cool feature of the refrigerator. You can control the temperature, lighting and other aspects of your fridge using your smartphone. It's an easy way to monitor your refrigerator and control it, especially when away from home.
The Smart InstaView feature is neat but it doesn't enhance the efficiency of the fridge. This fridge took longer to defrost food and chill it than the other fridges we test. This is probably due to its bigger capacity.
Another issue with the door of this refrigerator. They have handles that are sunken on the front that allow smaller people to open them from the bottom, but they're still difficult for taller people to pull shut without slamming them. It would have been more effective if these had front-mounted handles.
The LG Counter-Depth MAX fridge is an excellent choice for those looking to combine the look and feel of a French-door refrigerator with an efficient design. Its capacity is above average for a counter-depth model and it cools evenly and has a great layout. It's also less expensive than the best counter depth refrigerator that comes with an ice maker, making it an attractive option.
Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
This Frigidaire French door refrigerator is a great choice when you're looking for a French door fridge that doesn't break the budget. It's a simple fridge that might not be as attractive as its rivals, but it still has enough features to make a good choice. Its most significant feature, the adjustable temperature drawer, helps to keep food items like vegetables and meat fresher for longer. It also comes with a huge water dispenser, as well as an excellent ice maker that operates quickly.
The "Chill Drawer", which is located above the two crisper bins, is a nice feature.
